Blindness of RTI in UP
As i Know State information commison in U.P. are playing a blind game with all People of the state they have egerness of getting information , but burocrates are taking as a joke of applecation asked by the people the know very well that state information commison is working for the wealth of burocrates or another way we can say it's working as a safety wall for them.
